Jesse Wilson
Founder, Managing Member
Jesse leads the firm's work in legal, compliance, and regulatory risk management, focused on helping clients achieve their business objectives while navigating the sophisticated regulatory framework that governs insurance and service-contract programs. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and previously practiced at a major national law firm before co-founding Warranty Legal.

Matt co-founded Wagner & Wilson and brings extensive experience advising service contract administrators, obligors, and insurers on regulatory and corporate matters across all 50 states.

Amanda advises clients on compliance, program design, and consumer protection matters across the service-contract industry.
Brock Bucher
Associate Attorney
Brock supports the firm's transactional and corporate work for warranty industry clients — mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, commercial contracts, and the business-side legal matters that come with operating in the service contract space. He has helped manage and finalize multi-million dollar acquisitions, including drafting and reviewing due diligence and closing documents, purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and bylaws.
